Dr. Adriana Karpati is board certified in foot surgery, and she has been practicing in Texas since 1998. She specializes in Aesthetic reconstructive foot surgery, sports injuries, and childhood foot problems. She also has a special interest in helping her patients choose the right footwear and in helping provide the best biomechanical control for their individual foot type and foot pathology. Dr. Karpati prides herself in effectively treating your condition and passionate about making sure she takes the time to help you understand why you have what you have, so that your treatment makes sense.
Though a native Texan, Dr. Karpati speaks Italian and Spanish having had the unique opportunity to live overseas as the daughter of a diplomat. She was named by her peers in 2018 as one of the Southlake Style Magazine's "Top Docs" and again in 2019 in her area for excellence in Podiatry. She was also recently voted as one of 2019 "Fort Worth Best Physicians" by her peers in "Fort Worth Magazine". Past accolades include "2006 Physician of the Year" by the Physician Advisory Board and named by the Consumers' Research Council of America as one of "America's Top Podiatrists" numerous times since 2008. She has served as a Litigative Consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice and is currently the chief podiatric consultant for Summersoles and Farmhouse Fresh products. Dr. Karpati also had a featured article in "Southern Living" magazine on the topic of foot care.
In her free time, Dr. Karpati enjoys hiking, scuba diving, camping, playing board games and traveling the world with her husband Randy and their three children, twins Dean and Ella and older brother Kai. She has been in practice for over 20 years, loves her profession and looks forward to helping you and your feet get back to what you love to do!
