It's summer time and things are steaming up outside!  It's HOT!! Before you kick off your shoes and go for those flexible discount flip flops...consider the dangers of striding in those floppy shoes.  Running around in flip flops can cause laceration to the toes, big nail injuries, even broken toes...not to mention stress fractures from increased stress in unstable shoes. Flexible flip flop shoes should be used only in short distances, like to the pool from a lounge chair or in and out of the showers at the gym.
