5 Tips for an Easy Visit to the Podiatrist
Here at Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas, we’ve coined the phrase FAANT-astic. We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible so here are 5 simple steps to a FAANT-astic visit: 1. Stay ahead of the forms by completing our online paperwork and faxing them to us a few days before your visit. 2. Confirm your appointment with our automated phone and email system. 3. Bring the original forms, your insurance card and ID, a list of medications you take, a list of questions for the doctor and the shoes you feel most comfortable in. 4. Come early so we can go over your insurance information. 5. Feel free to contact us. You have a designated account rep in our office so give us a call anytime!
