Dr Marybeth Crane discusses the new trend of minimalist running shoes and describes how runners can strengthen their feet to step slowly into minimlaism. Crane cautions runners to transition slowly and describes proper transition. She cautions that everyone is not able to make the transition, but there are benefits to natural running.
